A Discernment Invitation for Single Catholic Women

If you are a Catholic woman age 18-40 who is single and considering a life choice, you may be wondering……
Is God calling me? If this question is in your heart, you are cordially invited to join others who are seeking God’s will for their lives. Join us for a Nun Run or one of Daughters of Charity Discernment retreats weekends: Come and See, Search and Serve, or Choices of the Heart Retreat.

Nun Run

24+ hour experience during which young women are invited to visit several different Sisters’ houses/ministries. It is a wonderful way to learn how different religious communities respond to their call to holiness and to serve the needs of the God’s people.

Come and See Weekend

Is God calling me? The retreat provides opportunity to learn about and experience the Call of a Daughter of Charity, to pray and discern one’s call, to share with other young women discerning their call.

Search and Serve

Like the “Come and See weekend” one has time to learn, share and pray. In addition to this participants accompany the sisters in a service project.

Choices of the Heart

A retreat for women who have already attended a discernment retreat and feel a sense of being called to the Daughters of Charity. This retreat leads the discerner deeper into the call of the Daughter of Charity
